Do you host on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, or just one platform?
We manage virtual machines across multiple providers - Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and third-party hosts such as HostSG and DigitalOcean - and recommend whichever platform fits your budget and requirements rather than pushing a single vendor.
What's the alternative to traditional Remote Desktop Services you offer?
We deploy a modern remote desktop solution that delivers the same shared, multi-user remote access as traditional Windows RDS, at a lower licensing cost and with simpler ongoing administration.
Can I access my actual office computer remotely, not just a virtual desktop?
Yes. We set up secure remote access to your existing office workstation or laptop, so staff working from home or travelling can reach their actual desk machine and files without needing a separate virtual desktop.
Do you manage our email as part of M365 or Google Workspace administration?

Do you handle security hardening for our M365 or Google Workspace tenant?
No. Security configuration and hardening are handled by our sister service, ManagedSecurity.Asia, so that specialism gets dedicated attention.
How do you secure a Windows file server hosted in the cloud?
A common pattern we deploy is a dedicated VPN gateway VM in front of the file-sharing server, so staff connect through a secure VPN tunnel before reaching the shared files - the file server itself is never directly exposed to the internet.
